A. General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

1.1 The terms and conditions of extrusion-Online Portal (hereafter "online operator") apply to all contracts that a company or private individual (hereafter "customer") may enter to with the seller in its services.

1.2 A customer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions shall mean any natural or legal person or a legal partnership, who concludes a legal transaction in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.



2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The representations contained in the extrusion-online portal of the seller do not constitute binding offers on the part of the seller, but intended to submit a binding offer by the customer.

2.2 The customer can submit the registration form by phone, in writing, fax or email or the built in facilities in the extrusion-online website. When ordering via the online application form, clicking "Order" in the final step of the ordering process constitutes a legally binding contract in terms of benefits and services offered by the online operator.

2.3 The online operator may accept the half-year or yearly subscription of the customer within five days with a written (letter) or electronically transmitted (fax or email) confirmation / acknowledgment of receipt or by sending the invoice. The online operator reserves the right to refuse the order. The daily and monthly subscriptions are billed via credit card immediately and do not require the consent of the online operator.

2.4 The order processing usually takes places through email and automated application processing. The customer must ensure that tthe designated email address is correct, so at emails from the seller can be received. In particular, the customer is responsible for configuring his or her spam filters correctly so that all emails from the seller are delivered.

3. Return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal

Should the customer exercise his right of withdrawal, he or she shall shoulder the cost of returning the key sticks. Right of withdrawal is only allowed for half-year and yearly subscriptions.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 The prices quoted in the portal are gross prices, including the current legal German VAT of 19%. Customers from other EU countries are exempt and should provide their own valid VAT number.

4.2 The online operator offers the following payment options. All payments should be made in advance.

Bank Transfer, PayPal, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express).

The prices in the extrusion-online portal prices are gross prices, including the current legal German VAT of 19%. EU countries are exempt and should provide their own valid VAT number.

5. Shipping conditions

5.1 The key stick shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. The shipping address must be provided upon completion of purchase. Exceptions are when the customer uses Paypal or a credit card with a valid address, in which case the Paypal shipping address is used.

5.2 The customer bears the cost of any failed delivery. This also applies if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal by refusing acceptance, if he has a condition that has caused the delivery to be impossible.

6. Liability for defects

In no event shall U.B.Tech.GmbH (online operators) be liable directly, indirectly and incidentally, consequentially from the use of our extrusion-online portal. The risks lie with the purchaser, user or customer.

7. Applicable rights

7.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany, Oldenburg jurisdiction applies to all legal relationships between the parties. The contract language is German for all legal relations.

7.2 More exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract uses is the business of the seller. The same applies if the customer has no general jurisdiction in Germany or the EU, or domicile, or habitual residence at the time of action are not known. The power to call the court in another jurisdiction remains unaffected.

7.3 The contract language is German for all disputes.

8. General provisions

If any provision of this agreement is made totally or partially invalid or unenforceable as a result of changes in legislation after the contract has been made, the remaining provisions and the validity of the contract as a whole remain unaffected.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a provision which comes as close as possible to the sense and purpose of the invalid provision.

Should the agreement prove incomplete, new provisions will be agreed upon that meet the intent and purpose of the contract.

2. Information about the essential features of the online portal

The essential features of the portal and user examples arise on the user interface, without previously logging.

3 . Contract conclusion information

The representations of operations and services in the extrusion online portal contains non-binding offers and no binding offer to conclude a contract.

The customer can make a binding offer (subscription).

The customer can call and cancel his order or edit them at any time the he wishes using the appropriate buttons. By submitting your order by clicking the "Place Order", the customer makes a binding offer for online operators.

The Acceptance of the Offer (and therefore the contract) is finalized by confirmation in text format.

4. Information about payment and delivery

Payment shall be made in accordance with paragraph 4 under A, the delivery in accordance with paragraph 5 under A of the terms and conditions (see above).

5. Information about the technical steps leading to the conclusion

The contract is concluded by offer and acceptance.

5.1 Does the customer for their order online using the order of the seller, he made his offer as follows:

5.1.1 On the supply side, the seller, the customer clicks on the first step on the button "order". The list of deals will appear on the same page. Now the customer clicks directly, in the second step on the "Checkout" button. It appears a new page. The client was not yet registered and logged in, opens a new page. On this, the customer needs to register in an intermediate step either new, or register if you are already registered as a customer. If you are already registered as a customer, you will fill in the fields "Email Address", "Password" and "access number" and set the box "I accept the Privacy Policy" and then click on the "Register" button. Have you not yet registered as a customer, you click on the "Login" button in the "I am a new customer." 
A new page then opens. The data such as name Address, your email, password and telephone number must be entered. 
Now you after editing / adding addresses, click the button "Next".

5.1.2 It opens the "Shipping" page, depending on the offer, he has chosen. On this page the customer can enter a different delivery address and see the shipping costs. He confirmed with "NEXT".

5.1.3 It opens the page "Payment" on which he selects the payment method. And receives the information "Terms: I accept the general terms and conditions" that he did not prevail must confirm a check mark. "Next" to get it to the next step.

5.2 Acceptance by the Seller shall be governed by the Section 2.3 under A of Seller's terms and conditions (see above).
